Job Summary: Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (HH) Lebanon, Pennsylvania
The home healthcare Registered Nurse provides clinical care with a focus on admission assessments, ongoing home health needs, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include routine and significant change in condition assessments, patient education, and coordinated care to support safe transitions and continuity. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM4:30 PM, MondayFriday; 40 hours per week, with a weekend rotation every 4th weekend
Required Qualifications: Active RN license; ASN or BSN; Basic Life Support (BLS); Epic charting experience required; previous charge experience required; minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: None listed
Additional Information: Could care for COVID patients; tobacco- and fragrance-free facilitynotification to the traveler is requested prior to submission
