Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is required at a healthcare facility in Marlton, New Jersey. This position involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, and ensuring safety and compliance with hospital standards. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Marlton, New Jersey
• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Shift: Days, 12 hours shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, and every other holiday
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) and ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) prior to first shift; minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience; New Jersey state licensing; and no minimum experience required otherwise.
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, communicate patient status effectively, and participate in discharge planning and team activities. The role includes supervising ancillary staff, maintaining patient safety, and participating in professional development activities.
