Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist position available in York, Pennsylvania. This role involves performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty and carotid stenting, with responsibilities for interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, pressure ulcer assessment and prevention, sheath removal and monitoring, Vascular Closure System utilization, and radiation and laser safety. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift consists of four 10-hour days from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call coverage for off-shift hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Details:

• Location: York, PA
• Minimum Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); at least 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology; proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Schedule: 4x10-HOUR DAYS, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM, with on-call duties for off-shift periods, weekends, and holidays as required, including 30-minute response time.
• Required Qualifications: Interventional Radiology experience of 2 years; certifications in ACLS and BLS; proficiency with EPIC EMR; and ability to care for COVID-19 patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing angioplasty, carotid stenting, upper and lower extremity angiography, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, radiation and laser safety, sheath removal/monitoring, and use of Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose).
• Additional Information: Candidate must be able to care for COVID patients. The facility is tobacco and fragrance free; please notify the traveler prior to submission.
• Submission Requirements: RTO (Request for Time Off) must be minimized to 7 days; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required, with exemptions allowed only for medical or religious reasons; candidates must possess and hold appropriate PA licenses; EPIC experience is heavily preferred; candidate must have NBSTSA certification if applicable.
