Job Summary:
This is a Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Anderson, South Carolina. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring safety and compliance within the healthcare environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) prior to first shift. A minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience. Candidate must have completed at least one assignment with the current agency and possess experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The RN performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, participates in patient rehabilitation programs, initiates discharge planning, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role includes supervising ancillary staff, maintaining communication with management, and contributing to a positive work environment through team building activities.
