Job Summary:
Endoscopy Nurse position in Bennington, Vermont. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in the endoscopy unit, primarily assisting with colonoscopies and basic endoscopy procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Bennington, Vermont
• Specialty: Endoscopy Lab
• Shift: Days, 8 hours (Start times vary from 6:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., with some flexibility for cases running late)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education, or Degree Requirements: minimum of 2+ years of experience as an endoscopy nurse, at least 1 travel assignment in an endoscopy unit. Experience with colonoscopies and basic endoscopic procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling procedures requiring anesthesia in the endoscopy unit.
• Additional Information: Shifts may extend if cases run longer; candidates should be flexible to remain until case closure. There are procedure rooms for conscious sedation, and anesthesia procedures are performed just above the unit adjacent to the operating room suites.
