Job Summary:
A Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Canby, Minnesota, within a Post Acute care setting. This role involves providing patient care primarily to dementia and other long-term care residents. Candidates are required to bring their Minnesota license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Canby, Minnesota
• Shift Hours: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM; every other weekend and holiday; 44 hours one week, 36 hours the next, totaling 80 hours per pay period
• Required Qualifications: Active Minnesota license; BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years experience in a Long Term Care setting; no EMR system requirement specified
• Schedule: Night shifts (6:00 PM 6:30 AM); every other weekend and holiday; 36 to 44 hours per week
• Additional Information: This role involves caring for residents with primarily dementia diagnoses; the unit has 43 beds with varying ratios; no IV care required for LPNs; the facility uses MatrixCare/Matrix charting system; needs active Minnesota licensure and registration; backouts or quits with less than 14 days' notice may incur a fee
