Job Summary:
Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS Tele) Registered Nurse in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role is primarily focused on the Emergency Department, supporting patient care while managing Medical-Surgical/Telemetry admit holds. The position requires strong Medsurg/Tele skills, including experience with cardiac drips, and the ability to orient for the Behavioral Health Annex. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift (7:00 PM7:00 AM) on weekdays with every-other-weekend (EOW), with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license at time of submission; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); RN license verification at submission; Restricted Time Off (RTO) must be included at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience with Cerner (preferred, not required).
• Responsibilities: Primarily provide coverage in the Emergency Department, managing Medical-Surgical/Telemetry admit holds; support Medsurg/Telemetry patient needs, including patients requiring cardiac drips; orient and assist with onboarding for assignments related to the Behavioral Health Annex (training provided); be able to float to Med surg units as needed; complete and pass an Advanced Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding with a required score of 80% or higher.
• Additional Information: Floating may be required to Stepdown (if experienced), Med surg, and the Behavioral Health Annex (training provided).
