Description
Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse (Open Heart) in Corvallis, Oregon. This role involves providing cardiac care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and elderly patients undergoing surgery or procedural sedation. The position requires candidates to bring their unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day. The job entails rotating shifts, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Corvallis, Oregon
- Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license; Healthcare Provider Level BLS (Basic Life Support); AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); one (1) year experience as a Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room, or completed approved didactic pre-operative nursing class; two (2) years experience in ICU/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and/or a medical/surgical acute care setting; one (1) year CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)/Open Heart experience. ICU and scrubbing experience preferred.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
