Job Summary:
The Emergency Room registered nurse (RN) position in Laramie, Wyoming, involves providing direct nursing care to patients within the emergency setting. This role requires delivering high-quality patient assessments, planning, and coordination of care while adhering to facility protocols. Candidates are expected to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Laramie, Wyoming
  • Shift: Rotating, 12 hours per shift
  • Schedule: 36 hours minimum per week
  • Start Date: 06/12/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license from the State of Wyoming, in good standing with the Board of Nursing; current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training or the ability to obtain within specified timeframe; completion of Procedural Sedation Module within 6 months of hire; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 6 months; de-escalation training within 6 months.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical nurse setting and hospital experience are highly recommended.
  • Additional Information: The role involves excellent customer service skills, effective communication, organizational abilities, and confidentiality awareness. Candidates must demonstrate ethical accountability and problem-solving skills. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.
