Job Summary:
The location is in Largo, Maryland. This position is for a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse (RN). The role involves providing specialized care for post-operative cardiac surgery and critically ill cardiac patients, including ventilator management, invasive procedures, and complex patient monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 Days (07:30-20:00) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active RN Maryland state license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), at least 1 year of experience in critical care nursing, with extensive CVICU and open heart experience (2+ years required).
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience, charting experience, Epic electronic medical record system experience, prior community hospital experience, trauma level II experience.
