Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in Cypress, Texas. This role involves providing critical nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position is available for night shifts with a start date of July 6, 2026, and involves working an average of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Cypress, Texas
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). Minimum of 0 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Shift: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Clinical Experience: At least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic medical records system.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit staffing includes 26 FTEs hired in, with a core need of 33 staff members.
  • Typical patient ratios are 4:1 or 5:1.
  • Equipment used includes Philips monitors.
  • Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs.
  • Policy and unit guidelines are available for review.
  • Schedule involves rotating weekends with no on-call requirements.
  • No floating area restrictions.
  • Total positions available: 2.
