Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor Level 1
• Location: Memphis, Tennessee
• Shift Details: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license in Tennessee, BLS Certification prior to first shift, ACLS certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, charge nurse experience

• Additional Information:
  • Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, forming the basis of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to identify education needs.
  • Ensures accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
  • Participates in patient rehabilitation programs and manages direct patient care following the nursing process.
  • Initiates discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
  • Communicates pertinent patient status updates to support continuity of care and safety.
  • Provides supervision and direction of ancillary nursing personnel, delegating appropriately.
  • Maintains safety in accordance with hospital policies, promotes a positive work environment, and participates in team-building activities.
  • Manages supplies and equipment efficiently, and assumes charge responsibility following orientation.
  • Actively pursues professional growth through continuing education and self-study.
