Description

Job Summary:
The position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) in Walla Walla, Washington. The role involves working in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory, supporting procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, catheterizations, and monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Location: Walla Walla, Washington
  • Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Start Date: 07/13/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Washington (WA) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; 1 year of experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization labs; experience with adult diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, left heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, right heart catheterization, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, and management of dysrhythmias; familiarity with Epic EMR system.
  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility. Return Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting as travelers. All travelers are expected to complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours, with over 20 hours requiring project manager approval. Modules are completed pre-start and annually; time is self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
  • Experience: 0 years minimum required, with a focus on interventional and diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccine and flu vaccine required before placement.
  • References: Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required, including charge RNs or leads.
