Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) is sought for a position in Jackson, Tennessee, on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and following institutional safety and clinical protocols. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of orientation. This position entails a shift schedule of nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 06/29/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Jackson, Tennessee
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: Shift Time Nights; Shift Hours 12; Minimum Hours Per Week 36
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required prior to first shift. A minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience and critical care experience are highly desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develop individual care plans, and participate in patient education and discharge planning. The role involves documentation, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, supervision of ancillary staff, and adherence to safety protocols. The RN will also assume charge responsibilities following orientation and actively pursue professional development.
