Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Apple Valley, California. This role offers a 12-hour variable daytime shift with on-call responsibilities and requires candidates to bring their active license on the first day. Qualified professionals with a minimum of 2 years of surgical experience and familiarity with complex procedures are preferred for this position.

Job Details:

• Certifications: ACLS (preferred), BCLS
• Education, Degree, and Experience: 0 years minimum experience required; 2 years of surgical experience preferred, with experience of outlined surgical procedures in the unit description.
• Location: Apple Valley, California
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, variable days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Shifts include 0630-1900, 930-2200, 2300-0700, with on-call duties from 0700-1900 and 1900-0700.
• Travel Experience: Required
• RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at the time of submission.
• RTO Restrictions: Must be able to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays.
• Certifications: ACLS (preferred), BCLS necessary for certification compliance.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have current LA fire card within the last 30 days. Local radius for candidates is 50 miles; local rate applies. The facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period, and guaranteed hours are provided.
• Submissions must include responses to specific screening questions, including prior work at Providence facilities, housing options, and floating scope understanding.
