Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Draper, Utah. This travel role supports critical care patients in an ICU setting, with common responsibilities including ventilator and medication titration management, as well as postreturn of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12 hour days; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS) ; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); 2 years of experience in a hospital setting; ICU experience; ventilator experience; titration of medications; post-ROSC care
• Preferred Qualifications: Postcardiac catheterization lab (post-cathlab) recovery training
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide bedside critical care within the ICU patient population
  • Manage ventilators and medication titration
  • Support post-ROSC care
  • Participate in unit care delivery for ICU patients requiring close monitoring (including ICU patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1)
• Additional Information:
  • Float: PCU level care may be required but in the same room/unit setting
  • Equipment may include drips, vents, TR bands, wound vac, and other standard ICU equipment
  • Typical procedures performed may include bedside transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and EKGs
  • Weekends: rotating weekends; no on-call expected
  • Dress code: black scrubs
