Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER) Garrison, North Dakota

A Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room and MedSurg Swing services is needed to support clinical care across acute and swing bed settings. The role includes readiness to assist with common patient needs, maintain safe practice standards, and support unit coverage requirements, including charge and ED-related floating as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days and nights), with minimum 36 hours per week
Start Date: 07/06/2026
Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; License to Submit: Yes; One year of MedSurg experience; Minimum 2 years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
Additional Information: Weekend requirement every other; holiday requirement every other; Floating may be required to ED holds if needed and the role may also work charge
