Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (San Francisco, California) will provide competent, compassionate, and cost-effective patient care in alignment with unit, department, and facility policies, scientific principles, evidence-based nursing practice/process, nursing objectives, and standards of care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating schedule; 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); 1 year of Emergency Room (ER) RN experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience.
- Additional Information: Every other weekend rotation is required. No call traveler is required to float to other campuses for support if/when census permits within scope of practice.
