Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This role involves providing care for neonatal patients in a specialized NICU environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a registered nurse, Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); at least 2 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units; experience with Neonates less than 28 weeks to greater than 34 weeks, and high-risk deliveries; EPIC electronic medical record system experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Well baby nursery; attend deliveries on labor & delivery; regular floating possible between departments, units, and facilities as needed.
• Additional Information: The assignment begins on August 3, 2026. Candidates must have at least 75 miles radius from the facility. No local candidates within 75 miles are accepted. Flu vaccination is required; COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
• Certifications & Skills: BLS, NRP, experience with high-risk neonatal deliveries, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, neonatal sepsis management, ventilator management, medication administration, and participating in neonatal procedures such as APGAR scoring and thermoregulation.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours each, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026.
