Job Summary: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse Nashville, Tennessee
A Level 2 NICU nurse position supporting Womens Services programming, with potential cross-training to Postpartum/Mother Baby as clinical needs arise. This role requires delivery experience and readiness to work within established scopes of practice. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• Required Qualifications: Delivery experience; cross-trained capability in Postpartum/Mother Baby; Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (AHA); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); STABLE; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) (or MAB); compliance clearance required 10 days prior to orientation; ability to complete charge or preceptor responsibilities if required and reflected on the healthcare professionals timesheet.

• Additional Information: Facility is able to cancel 1 shift every four weeks during the contract. Floating may be required within the candidates scope of practice. Charge or preceptor responsibilities may be required and will be reflected on the healthcare professionals timesheet.
