Job Summary: Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS TELE) Nights (Burlington, Massachusetts)
Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurses are needed for a 12-hour night shift supporting inpatient care and boarding units, with expectations to assist in overflow areas as directed. Epic experience is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts; minimum 36.0 hours per week; every other weekend required. Weekly start dates (Mondays).
• Required Qualifications:
  • Epic experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association (AHA)
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • Level 1 trauma experience
• Additional Information:
  • Unit support may include emergency department holds, inpatient holds, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and other boarding units.
  • Patient care ratios will be between 1:35, and staff should be prepared to float to boarding units as needed.
  • Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks while on shift (floating every 4 hours is rare, but may occur).
  • Day one pass/fail testing will be administered.
  • Relias practice tests will be available via Relias.
  • A required coversheet must be included at the time of submission.
