Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor (MS REHAB) Salem, Virginia
The healthcare provider in the Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor role supports inpatient rehabilitation services by delivering patient care that aligns with unit needs and established clinical workflows. This position requires the ability to provide medication administration and related procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient functional improvement. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour days shifts with every other weekend, 36 hours per week minimum.
• Required Qualifications: Virginia (VA) license; Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience; Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation experience.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include medication administration to include IVs and related care, PICC line-related care, PEG tube administration, bladder scans, trach care, tube feeding, Foley catheter-related care, bladder irrigation, and blood administration. Floating to other Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) departments may be required.
