Description
Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse position located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role requires providing specialized nursing care for patients in a long-term care setting, including telemetry and ventilator/trach management. The position demands critical thinking, clinical leadership, and adherence to hospital policies, with a focus on safe patient delivery.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Two years of recent Telemetry and Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital experience, ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association, Indiana or multi-state compact Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vent/trach management preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must use the prescribed application template for submission; incomplete applications will be rejected. The role involves supervising patient care delivery, delegation, and clinical competencies maintenance.
