Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) Kansas City, MO. This role supports the perioperative patient experience by preparing patients for surgery and providing recovery care in the pre-operative and post-anesthesia settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift; 10 shift hours; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); ortho experience; ability to start IVs and assist with preparing patients for surgery and recovering patients through post-operative phases.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care experience; outpatient experience.
• Additional Information: Pre-op/PACU unit type. Patient ratios: pre-op 1:1; PACU 2:1; overnight 2:1. Night shift is optional; weekends and holidays are not required. Floating may be required to the Pre-op/PACU area.
