Description

Job Summary: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) Hopewell, VA. The organization is seeking a Behavioral Health RN to provide patient-centered care in a Behavioral Health unit. The role focuses on supporting individuals in behavioral health needs with compassion and strong patient engagement. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts), minimum 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current RN license; Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Adult Specific Competencies; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR); experience with Behavioral Health practices and patient-centered care skills; ability to work effectively with others in a compassionate and kind manner; comfort working in an environment using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Meditech).
Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in the Behavioral Health field.
Additional Information: Patient-centered unit seeking a compassionate, kind, and motivated personality fit; attire expectations include turquoise/black scrubs.
