Job Summary
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) RN Fort Smith, Arkansas
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) setting. This role supports perioperative patient care by assessing needs, collaborating with the surgical team on the plan of care, documenting nursing interventions and perioperative data, and anticipating surgical team needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days (4x10), 40.0 hours per week minimum
- Required Qualifications: Current Arkansas licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Preferred Qualifications: Must have Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) and Vascular Operating Room experience; experience assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with hospital policy/procedure and applicable standards
- Additional Information: Flu vaccination is required for all travelers; exemption must be client approved
