Job Summary
Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS/Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) Gallatin, Tennessee
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a Medical Surgical telemetry setting (MED/SURG A5). The role supports MS/Tele unit needs, including IV insertion, and serves all ages. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights (12 hours), minimum 36 hours per week; weekend hours every other/As needed; call requirements as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license in Tennessee; education/certification/licensure required to work as an RN in TN; ACLS, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Health Workforce Compliance (HWC) certification; National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience; IV insertion experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Common diagnosis/treatment experience in an MS/Tele setting.
• Additional Information: Unit assignment may require float to similar medical/surgical units as needed. Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. All clinical staff on assignment in Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to the assignment start date, with results required prior to start.
