Job Summary
Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care (Nights) Washington, Missouri. This role supports critical care needs within the facility and includes responsibilities related to post-stroke care and the management of patients requiring titration of cardiac drips and BiPAP support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift (12-hour shifts), with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or a current RN Missouri temporary work permit; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); ability to obtain or maintain an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card (or complete a course within the probation period); ability to obtain or maintain an ACLS card (or complete an ACLS course within 12 months); Critical Care experience; experience with post-stroke care; experience titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol); experience with BiPAP; ability to recognize a deteriorating patient; experience using ventilated compressors.
• Preferred Qualifications: Medical calculation test.
• Float: Med Surg and Tele unit rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities align with care for medical, basic cardiac, and neuro patients, including support for ventilated respiratory/compressor needs.
