Description

Medical Surgical Floor Nights (Fort Worth, TX)
The healthcare provider will support an Ortho Neuro Medical Surgical unit, contributing to coordinated patient care and safe clinical operations during the assigned shift. The role requires Basic Life Support (BLS) and experience with relevant systems used for clinical documentation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights shift with 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; medical/surgical floor clinical experience is required (minimum: 0 years as stated); Meditech experience; eligibility to work as an assigned healthcare professional in Fort Worth, Texas.
Preferred Qualifications: Meditech experience; Spine and/or Orthopedic background; ability to demonstrate a strong fit with teamwork.
Responsibilities: Provide patient care for an Ortho Neuro Medical Surgical population; support unit workflows and clinical documentation using the Meditech electronic medical record; assist with care needs related to commonly treated conditions and procedures performed on the unit.
Additional Information: Patient ratios of 1:5; spine and orthopedic braces equipment; weekends involvement includes 4 weekends in a 4-week period.
