Description

Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL), Naples, FL
The Registered Nurse independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care, policy, and procedure. This role provides direct nursing care to patients while supporting teaching and shared decision-making responsibilities, with minimal supervision. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: 4x10s, 6:30a5p; call schedule of 12 days of call in 6 weeks with 12 weekends (FriSun); 30 minutes for call; minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ep i c (EPIC) experience is required; completion of an EPIC assessment on the first day of assignment
- Experience requirement as stated: 2 years of experience
- Intermediate computer knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Equipment/clinical experience: Endovascular procedures (EP), structural, and peripheral experience required; expected to work these cases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Equipment experience with Impella, Rodo, and Angio Vac
- Experience with Balloon Pump, Shockwave, Vego IVUS, and OCT
Additional Information:
- Will float between DowntownBaker and North Naples often, and across other facilities as needed
- Case environment: 5 rooms; 2025 cases per shift
- Call coverage may include being called in for multiple STEMIs in a weekend; treated as staff and may rotate with staff on difficult patients/cases

- Submission/interview process: IT conducts a pre-screen interview; the hiring manager conducts a second interview
