Description

Job Summary: Indianapolis, IN Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to support care in a Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU) within a progressive/stepdown environment. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered clinical care for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients while supporting unit workflow and maintaining required clinical standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights (1900-0730) with weekend rotation every 3rd weekend; holiday rotation; minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); experience in 2+ years in CVPCU, Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery patients
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: Weekend rotation includes coverage 1900-0730 on Saturday and Sunday.
