Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) Denver, Colorado. This role supports a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Oncology unit delivering care for patients requiring chemotherapy administration and central line procedures. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and be prepared to provide day shift coverage in a Med Surg/Tele environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days (7A - 5:30P), 10 shift hours, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum 1-year current BMT Oncology Hospital acute care experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- BMT/HemOnc experience
- Additional Information:
- Responsibilities include chemotherapy administration and central line draws
- Uses Meditech and Onco systems
- Works with Baxter IV pumps and ICU Medical chemo adapters
- Outgoing, personable, and warm professional demeanor preferred
