RN Telemetry (TELE) West Allis, WI

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry provides skilled nursing care to Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced clinical setting during night shifts. The role supports monitoring and treatment across a range of common Med/Surg diagnoses, with responsibilities including telemetry observation and care coordination. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 19000700; 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week; weekend rotation every other; every other major holiday
• Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); at least 2 years of RN Med/Surg experience; able to perform a general Med/Surg skillset including management of tracheostomies and chest tubes, read/interpret cardiac rhythm strips, and administer/monitor Lasix (furosemide) drips, insulin drips, heparin drips, and wound vacs
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
