Job Summary: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) Kirkland, Washington
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve in a Labor and Delivery (L&D) charge nurse role. The position supports patient care across Labor and Delivery, Postpartum (PP), and related newborn units, with expectations for circulating responsibilities and strong familiarity with high-volume delivery settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (Compact Accepted); Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Certification - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CERT-FHM) (intermediate or advanced certification acceptable); Circulating required; Epic experience required; Relevant clinical experience in L&D (24+ years)
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience
- Additional Information: Charge nurse role responsibilities; floating may be required to Postpartum (PP) and Pediatrics, including care in a Level 3B Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with low acuity infants; high-volume delivery experience is preferred, including experience aligned with approximately 2,500 deliveries annually
