Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years recent Medical Surgical and Telemetry experience; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Vermont RN License or Compact licensure; active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; at least one supervisory-signed reference from within the past two years of employment; current skills checklist pertinent to Medical Surgical nursing, valid within the past 12 months; candidate must have their own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport; local travelers residing within 50 miles are not eligible.

• Additional Information:
  • Must be willing to float between acute rehab and Medical Surgical units within scope of practice
  • On-call is required; rate to be determined
  • Call, holiday, and overtime multipliers apply based on hospital policies
  • Multiple RTO requests are to be included in the profile; scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission, as requests after offer may be rescinded
  • The assignment begins on 08/03/2026
  • All scheduling requests, RTO, and permit details must be included in the provider profile prior to submission
  • No block scheduling consideration and no guarantee of a 48-hour schedule
  • Call-offs must be communicated at least 1.5 hours in advance, with a maximum of 3 call-offs permitted per contract at the discretion of the facility
