Job Summary:
Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Lincolnton, North Carolina. The organization is seeking an RN to support Labor & Delivery/Postpartum care, including triage and LDRP (labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum) workflow. Responsibilities include labor management, assisting with surgical procedures as applicable, newborn resuscitation readiness, and postpartum support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Electronic Fetal Heart Monitorin (EFM) certification; Ability and willingness to work in an LDRP setting; Minimum qualifications include 2 years of LDRP experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None stated
• Additional Information: The organization has approved acceptance of Postpartum only, with Labor & Delivery or LDRP experience considered until otherwise specified. Skills include labor management, circulating cesarean sections, pre-op, PACU, triage, newborn resuscitation, Pitocin management, and epidural management. The EMR system in use is Epic. Floating may be required within the region and scope of practice, based on regional needs. The region includes Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, and the Central Division (as defined by the organization).
