Job Summary: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) Wausau, Wisconsin
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for a 13-week assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin. The role supports labor and delivery services, including routine labor and delivery competencies and post-partum care within the unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM; shift hours are 12, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Weekend/Holiday coverage includes every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation.
- Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA or ARC; Advanced NRP; Associate Degree or Certificate; Labor and delivery competency, including OB experience with labor and delivery
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience charting in Epic (EPIC)
- Additional Information: Can be low-censused and placed on call; if called back in, the call back minimum is 2 hours. During flu season, if flu and COVID vaccination are declined, a mask must be worn at all times in accordance with facility policy; compliance is mandatory.
