Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Concord, North Carolina. The role provides emergency department care for a high-acuity patient population, including trauma-level presentations and time-sensitive medical conditions. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 shift hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute); TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) is listed as preferred; minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course).
• Responsibilities: Provide emergency nursing care for trauma and medical patients, including stroke and cardiac presentations. Support clinical interventions such as cardiac rhythm interpretation, conscious sedation, peripheral intravenous (PIV) starts, chest tube management, nasogastric tube (NGT) placement, drain/tube management, administration of critical care infusions, and blood administration. Maintain clinical readiness for patient types including trauma-level injuries, stroke, chest pain, and patients requiring fluid resuscitation and blood products.
• Additional Information:
  • Weekend rotation: every other.
  • No call is required for travelers.
  • Holiday expectations: travelers will work 75% of holidays.
  • Floating may be required per region needs and may include assigned facilities within scope of practice as needed.
  • Orientation: NEO; 2 days departmental.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Start date: 07/13/2026.
