Apheresis Nurse opportunity available in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized apheresis services with a focus on therapeutic plasma exchange, red cell exchange, leukocyte reduction, and stem cell collection. The position features daytime hours with a consistent schedule, suitable for professionals seeking a stable and rewarding clinical role.
Job Details
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with one day off per week. Shifts are available from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license, one year of apheresis nursing experience, and 3-6 months of travel experience preferred. Experience including therapeutic plasma exchange, red cell exchange, leukocyte reduction, or stem cell collection is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience in similar clinical settings is preferred.
- Additional Information: The specific responsibilities involve delivering a range of apheresis treatments, including therapeutic plasma exchanges and stem cell collections, within a high-volume clinical environment. The role may require 2-3 on-call shifts per month to ensure patient needs are met beyond regular operating hours.
