Job Summary:
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse position is located in Roseville, California. This role requires candidates to bring their licensed nursing license on the first day and to be prepared for day shifts. The position involves providing post-anesthesia recovery care in a hospital setting, supporting adult and pediatric patients, and assisting with procedural sedation and pain management procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Roseville, California
• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; Procedural Sedation Competency; minimum two (2) years of critical care experience with adult patients, preferably in the PACU environment; minimum two (2) years of clinical care experience with Pediatrics, preferably in ER, ICU, or PACU environment; minimum two (2) years of experience providing Procedural Sedation in Outpatient setting; minimum two (2) years of experience in Pain Management injection procedures.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be aware of the need to comply with the facility's SOPs and clinical protocols.
