Job Summary: Gallatin, TN Registered Nurse (Medical Surgical With Telemetry). The registered nurse in this Medical Surgical/Telemetry role supports patient care within a combined medical-surgical unit and provides nursing services as needed for medical and telemetry-based monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift; minimum 36.0 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); BLS (Basic Life Support); NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale); certification/licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee; IV insertion experience; Medical Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: MS/Tele experience.
• Additional Information: Unit profile includes a medical-surgical combination unit with telemetry; weekend hours are every other/as needed; call requirements are as needed. Float may be required to similar medical/surgical units. All required certifications must be on hand prior to start, and additional certifications may be required by the healthcare provider. All clinical staff assigned in Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to the assignment start date, with results required prior to start.
