Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse, Nights Englewood, Colorado. The role supports rapid response coverage within a surgical robotics (Med/Surg) environment, providing post-operative assessments and patient care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license (to be brought on the first day); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) certification; Med/Surg or post-operative experience; Meditech experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GYN/Onc and/or urology.
• Additional Information:
  • One charge nurse and an overall team model including five nurses and 12 techs per shift.
  • Patient ratios are 5:1.
  • Common responsibilities include post-op assessments/care, post prostatectomy care, post hysterectomy care, pain management (including patient-controlled analgesia and epidurals), and Foley catheter maintenance.
