Description

Job Summary: Henderson, NC Registered Nurse (Medical Surgical) Nights
A Registered Nurse is needed to provide medical-surgical nursing care during night shifts at the organization. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centered care and supporting clinical needs such as initiating therapies and performing key bedside procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week (weekly)
Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); at least 1 year of RN experience (with at least 1 travel assignment completed); ability to start IVs, insert Foley catheters, and insert NG tubes; experience performing EKGs; experience managing heparin drips
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 1:6 patient ratio and high patient turnover
