Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing, teaching, supervising, and documenting nursing care of patients in their homes. Job Details:

• Location: Pittsfield, MA 01201
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (must be uploaded with profile), at least 1 year of acute nursing care experience (hospital-based preferred), home health experience required, proficiency with OASIS, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, current driver license and auto insurance, demonstrated knowledge of community health principles, ability to work independently, flexibility, and reliable transportation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Infusion Therapy Certification, experience with self-scheduling of caseload, current BSN degree preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidate must include at least two specific interview availability dates/times. Traveler must have their own vehicle. RTO requests must be included at submission; requests after offer may be rescinded.
• Submission Requirements: Massachusetts RN license, recent supervisory reference, and BLS certification must be uploaded with profile.
• Other Notes: Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; housing location details are crucial for consideration.
