Job Summary:
A position for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Job Details:

• Location: Golden Valley, MN

• Shift Schedule: Nights, weekends only support (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification (CIRH only); Education/Experience: Medical license as a Registered Nurse (RN); at least 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, participates in patient rehabilitation, and initiates discharge planning starting from day of admission. Provides supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, participates in team activities, and maintains safety and sanitation standards. Assumes charge responsibilities after orientation and actively pursues professional development.
