Description

Job Summary:
This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room located in Portland, Oregon. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment with an emphasis on pre-operative care and surgical assistance.

Job Details:

Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; ACLS Certification; 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent operating room circulating and scrubbing experience; Valid license, BLS, ACLS; no minimum experience requirement specified otherwise.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; three (3) to five (5) years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience; current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field; CNOR certification.
Additional Information: The position requires working in a surgical environment with responsibilities in pre-operative preparation and intraoperative assistance.
