Job Summary:
A Primary Care Medicine Clinic Nurse Traveler position is available in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position involves providing outpatient clinical care, patient assessments, education, and support for adult patients, often in a fast-paced inner-city environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment is scheduled to start on June 29, 2026, with a schedule of 8-hour daytime shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 06/29/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certification in American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Valid Missouri license (submit without license OK; requires MO or a compact license; no issuance if tied to another compact state). License in hand required at the time of submittal for Illinois. Experience: two years of clinical experience; travel experience required.

- Additional Information: The position requires proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system, and clinical skills include blood glucose monitoring, patient assessment, medication management, specimen labeling, emergency medications administration, and more. - Certifications: ACLS (Required), BLS (Required).
- Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required.
- Labs & Modules: Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing the contract. Modules are billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr, completed through WorkRamp, and must be finished within one week of contract signing and two Fridays prior to the start date.
- Additional Notes: Documentation deadlines apply, and facial hair must allow proper fit testing. The position involves floating within the service line and adhering to policies regarding RTO and contract fulfillment.
