Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical (Med Surg) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Jasper, Indiana. This full-time night shift role involves providing high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care within a 29-bed adult med/surg unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

• Location: Jasper, IN
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Indiana license, BLS certification, associate degree or certificate in nursing, a minimum of 2 years of med/surg experience, and charting experience with Epic preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, resilience, adaptability to change, and social aptitude.
• Additional Information: Potential to float between med/surg departments. Call back and on-call requirements may vary and are discussed with candidates. Weekend and holiday work may be required, including the possibility of July 4th or Labor Day. The unit emphasizes teamwork and patient safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Shift Notes: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. No Covid-19 vaccine requirement at this time, subject to change.
