Job Summary:
The healthcare professional is sought for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry position located in Sioux City, Iowa. Job Details:

• Location: Sioux City, Iowa
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license in Iowa; at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience; one travel contract completed; current Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS); experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred; active driver's license; work history/resume required; skills checklist completed within the past year; license verification; one supervisory reference at submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Additional Information: NBO of 16 hours; holiday pay at 1.15x multiplier; callback pay at 1.5x multiplier with a 2-hour callback minimum; billable overtime of 36-40 hours per week after normal hours and after 48 hours; floating within the same discipline may be required; candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless local with a 10% rate reduction.
