Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Jasper, Indiana. This role involves night shifts on a 29-bed adult medical-surgical unit, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Jasper, IN
• Unit Type: Adult Medical Surgical Floor
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour Night shifts, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Indiana (IN) license; at least 2 years of med/surg experience; Associate Degree or Certificate; BLS certification; Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; must be highly adaptable with strong clinical judgment, communication skills, assessment, and critical thinking abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Epic EMR system; ability to float between med/surg departments; social candidates preferred.
• Additional Information: There is potential to float between med/surg-like departments. On-call and callback requirements may vary and are up for discussion with candidates. Weekend and holiday work may be required, including possible participation around the Fourth of July or Labor Day, subject to discussion.
• Schedule: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours/week.
• Submission Requirements: BLS certification and IN license must be attached upon submittal.
• Shift Notes: The unit is supported by an experienced nursing team that emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and high-quality, patient-centered care. Scrub color is navy with no competing health system or agency logos.
